This playbook is for people who are looking to create a diverse and inclusive culture within their organisations. It's designed to provide some best practice approaches, research and current thinking employed for implementing DEi programs along with a range of templates to support the practical application.
Regardless of whether you're working in a People role such as HR or Talent Acquisition, or, you're at C-Suite or board level or are simply passionate about making a change, this playbook will give you clarity on how to present Diversity, Equity and Inclusion as a business case, and will allow you to achieve buy-in from other stakeholders.
It's important to note that the playbook we've put together is the tip of the iceberg when looking at Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion - a starting point if you like - and you should have the mindset of DEi being that. It's a journey, not a destination. You'll never be "complete" with DEi. Although some elements can disguise themselves as tick-box exercises, those initial actions are the building blocks of a longer-term strategy that will yield results in years to come.
