With almost 20 years experience in organisation change and development, her success comes as a result of her ability to identify priorities and needs quickly and establish credibility as a trusted partner to drive change that adds commercial value to an organisation’s performance.
Through Starling, Metra aims to support businesses achieve success with pragmatic solutions that deliver measurable results through effective strategic people change and organisation development practices.
To do this, she often works with several carefully selected associates that are known as the ‘O.D. (Organisation Development) Squad’. Our flexible team allows us to provide the right people for the right role, at the right time, to deliver the best results for our clients – we are an agile and responsive team.
